Are you a coach, therapist, energy worker, creative, parent or helper? Do you get burnt out? Take on other people's energy? Do you get down from working with difficult clients? If the answer is yes, you need to learn how to ground, protect and clear your own energy. This course is designed to give you the tools to learn to effectively manage your and other's energy. It is also a journey of self discovery.
Time: 1 class per week (1 hour) each month. Also an option to complete as a longer workshop once per month.
